NEWS JUNE 20TH, 2008

Hi folks!

Great news... TTR will be hosting an open jam at Trapper Johns every Wednesday night starting July 9th from 10-1pm. If you are a musician and you'd like to drop down for jam, bring it on! We love playing in the moment, and the more folks that show up to jam the better! Just drop down, bring your guitar or sticks and rock out!  Check out the poster here: HUMP NIGHT

Also, The tequila Rockingbirds are pleased to present to you a new band that we have called 'THE GUINNESS ROCKINGBIRDS'. It's the traditional version of TTR, so I guess that makes that band TGR! You can expect to hear TGR playing anytime soon. More details to follow...

Hello! Welcome to our new website!

This has been a very exciting year so far. TTR has played several shows and the reception so far has been excellent. We've started working on original material and we hope to do a recording in the next year.

We've played several shows by now, and we have lots of dates filled in our calendar for future bookings. You can view them in the shows section.

Recently, we've launched Tequila Rockingbird Productions. TTRP is responsible for organizing our shows as well as some very interesting shows that we are putting off including reunited Newfoundland bands from years gone by. The 1st show is going to be August 22nd at the Rockhouse, and August 23rd at The Rec Room in Clarenville. Tickets will soon be available for purchase direct through the Tequila Rockingbird Productions site so keep checking!
